Thierry serves as Director of Mountain Forestry Strategic Partnerships & Operations for TreePeople. Originally from France, he moved to California in 2012. The following year he joined TreePeople’s Angeles National Forest restoration program, where he led staff and volunteers to plant thousands of trees. Subsequently, he worked with several environmental non-profits, before returning to TreePeople in 2018 to lead the Mountain Forestry department and oversee multiple restoration and forest health projects supporting communities to steward their surrounding wildlands and precious ecosystems. Thierry’s in-depth expertise and project management skills encompass all aspects of restoration from concept design through delivery, while cultivating collaborative relationships with strategic stakeholders and partners.
