Jonathan Friedland is Principal at Octagonal Hall LLC, a global advisory firm. He previously was Chief Communications Officer of Netflix and an EVP at the Walt Disney Co., the co-founder of the Diarios Rumbo chain of Spanish-language newspapers in Texas and spent over two decades as a foreign correspondent and editor in Asia, Latin America and the United States for the Wall Street Journal and other publications. Jonathan has a Msc. (Econ) from the London School of Economics, a BA from Hampshire College and a certificate in arboriculture from UCLA.
